This has to take some beating.
Went to survey a boiler replacement tonight as boiler had been ID'd and capped off (no it wasn't BG) but Slottish southern eccentrics.
A heat line Viso hardly looks 2 years old, DIY install, not a lot wrong with it but the condensate piped in 22mm copper and terminating outside like an overflow gave it away .
This is not why it was ID'd though, that was because the heat exchanger was burst apparently . Pressure gauge was at 1.5 Bar so I stripped it down and sure enough bone dry, no sign of any leak whatsoever.
Didn't have the tools as I get washed and changed and have a splash of Brut before going surveying so will go back in the morning to re-commission and type a nice report for trading standards.
