Hmmm. So, about how much would you expect to pay for one of those pumps to be installed? In other thread, pump was about £550.
A larger tank makes no difference. The higher the better, but judging from the pics, you have something like 3m between tank water level and shower head. With the right shower that should give acceptable performance. I have about 1/2 that head, and while it's not a blistering shower it's perfectly adequate.0.1 bar on hot water.
Rather than buy an expensive pump, would getting a larger tank placed as high as possible increase the pressure much?

If that's with the shower running, could be a valve part closed, or some other blockage.that's what the pressure meter read on the shower hot pipe
