Wondering if anyone has any experience with two showers working off a combi, and how well it worked?

I've always been told a combi is only good for a one bathroom flat, or house. The oil combi does have a tank of course, and at 32 kw, it should handle it better than a gas boiler with no tank. What do you think?

The limiting factor is the heat exchanger. Thetank is only a store of primary water to service the DHW heat exchanger. You are likely to be disappointed.

And the other limiting factor, is the incoming water supply. How big is the tank in the oil combi, and what's it's flow rate though. And how often will the two showers actually be used at the same time.

The 'tank' is not usable stored hot water, just a slave tank for the plate heat exchanger. The limit is decided by the plate heat exchanger, and the throughput at a temperature you may consider acceptable. At this time of year, that is likely to be 1/2 to 2/3rds of the stated output.

25/32 heatslaves do generally produce a good deal of hot water but only for a limited time, normally good for about 5 mins then at full bore will start to tail off. these boilers are set up at mid output and can be increased to the 32kw.

Increasing the output will have a negligible effect on hot water performance. The heatstore is a relatively small load and extra output from the burner will maybe enable it to get up to temperature a couple of minutes quicker at most. Once there it will have no advantage over the lower output as the DHW output is very small in the scheme of things.
