Hi
I am trying to link Yale ef-kp keypad to Yale Easy Fit Telecommunication Alarm.
Installed alarm weeks ago. Seems to be working fine.
Now tried to add ef-kp keypad.
Followed manual:
press the A button (left hand red button) on your keypad followed by 0000.
This will see the red light flash, slowly, and you are in programming mode.
Press the A button again followed by the number 7
Now press the unlock button twice to quit test mode.
Or on back of keypad:
Press button A followed by pincode. Led will flash.
Press panic button A followed by 8. Press disarm twice to finish.
(Went on add device, tried this step, says "already on system")
Tried both ways.
I should in theory be able to arm alarm. No response from main control panel.
Any ideas. Will appreciate feedback.
