Yale Smart Alarm

I have had an ENA-KIT2 Smart Alarm from Map Security for a couple of years and have recently noticed a problem where the control panel will become unresponsive after an alarm event. I cannot clear the event or access any menus without powering down (mains and battery) and restarting. It will then work fine until there is another alarm event.

Can anyone offer any help, or is it one for Yale?
