yella at home hair highlighting

I just tried to hightlight my beautiful honey brown hair and the highlighting stuff turned it an ugly yellow color and I was wondering how long I would have to wait before I can dye it back to my natural color?

PS-don't ever highlight your hair with stuff you buy at the store!

it would depend on how strong the "bleach" you used was. Try redying a small area
