Hi can any body help me my fridge freezer stopped working all the lights still come on and it sounds like the the gas is still working but its not cold in fridge and freezer is not freezing has anybody got amy idea on if it could be the thermostat???

Need the model number to help you but if its running and not cooling then it wont be the thermostat
Captain, would you suggest a re-gas?

could well be libby but if its a frost free and has stopped defrosting itself it could be choked with ice thus restricting the airflow
