Zanussi 1425W timer is off - so won't take in conditioner

Hi,
I have a problem with my m/c. From reading other posts on the topic of conditioner not being taken in i know what the problem is.. i just don't know how to fix it

The timing of the water sprays is definitely off in my m/c:
on prewash the water is sent through the prewash compartment;
on main wash the water is sent through the prewash compartment;
and on rinse the water is sent through the main wash compartment..

this leads to some washing powder residue on my clothes and obviously no conditioner being added..

i have looked for how to change the timing but can't find anything that matches previous desciptions..

if you could indicate if there is an adjuster and where i would find it that would be great,
