Zanussi DCE5655 Dish Washer

Does any member know where I can obtain a Service Manual for my Zanussi DCE5655 Dishwasher?

I replaced the heating element over a year ago but the same problem has occurred....no heating of water, otherwise the dishwasher functions OK.
Yes I have checked the heating element again and this is OK.
Any help would be appreciated
