Hi, My Zanussi compact dishwasher has been collecting black silt inside, although the pots are clean. It has gotten everywhere and I can't see where it's coming from. We do clean it out but the black is almost impossible to remove.
Additionally, it's washing now with cold water.
What I would like to know is if these problems are likely to be seperate (in which case we will buy a new one) or if they could be connected (in which case we'll get an engineer out if you think its worth it.)
Any help would be much appreciated.
