zanussi double oven

Hi, can anyone please help me.

I have a zanussi zuq 875 builtunder double oven, about 5 years old. The top oven works fine however the bottom oven will not work.

it wont work on any setting eg. fan oven, grill ect. it appears that there is no power.

i have checked that its in manual cooking mode and the clock is set (this is what the manual says to check). we did have some clicking noises and flickering from the clock display a few weeks ago but then all seemed fine. (didnt check the bottom oven)

Hope someone has had this problem before and knows how it was solved. or can point me in the right direction

First thing to do would be to check the oven element (its behind the rear plate in the oven)

I assume the timer just works the bottom oven, if you post the product number you may get some more specific help

i will check the oven element but the oven and grill have separate elements and neither will work.

The oven timer will only work the bottom/main oven

The model is zuq 875x
