Hi all, this machine (DW910 TCR) is quite old but still worked perfectly until today when it stopped heating the water. Is it likely to be the element or a sensor/thermostat? I tried to find a way to get at the element to test it but it looks like one has to remove the whole underside of the machine. Is this right? Will I have to drain the salt tank in order to do this? Have found a link to the Zanussi parts site but need to make sure I order the right parts. Please help I hate washing up!!!!
