Machine goes through program cycle but drum does not turn for washing or spinning. Can turn drum freely by hand. Has the motor burned out, can anybody help out there.

Probably just needs new carbon brushes for the motor. To check them you need to unscrew them from the motor and see how much carbon is protruding from the brass holders. When worn out there is about 6mm carbon protruding.
