will not accept conditioner. HELP!!!

Pull your tray out and clean all the scale out of it, I'm assuming you mean the cond. compartment is perm. full of water?

the conditioner draw is not full of water and,yes it is clean! When the conditioner is put into the drawer that 's where it stays through the entire wash cycle. More help please!!![/quote]
