Zanussi fridge freezer temperature alarm on - still frozen??

HI we have a Zanussi zx97/5 fridge freezer. The temperature alarm light came on but the freezer is still keeping all the food frozen solid. This happened a couple of days ago and the door has been opened, new food put in, so its not the residual temperature keeping it frozen.

Any ideas??
