Zanussi Integrated Fridge/Freezer (ZBB2865ISV) - Fridge works but Freezer not cooling

Had the Zanussi seven years. Noticed recently freezer not getting cold enough and some food defrosting. Top shelf seems to be the worse. Fridge working ok.

Any ideas what's going on? Or should I think about getting a new fridge/freezer?

It looks like that panel at the back of the freezer comes off pretty easily, it would be worth taking that off when you defrost it, I bet it's solid behind that.
