No I know its not a joke! We dont use tablets and generally we use bold or aerial!
Anyway, I found the problem the pressure pipe to the fill switchs were all full of sludge and a bit of material that did not help! I cleaned everything and all seems well now!
Oh does anyone know of a washing machine limescale remover chemical that is worth using?
you have looked where i was going to suggest some powders do (as yours has) create "sludge" which does block the pipe to the pressure chamber. I would try using washing soda on its own on a 60 degree wash say once a month.
calgon is supposed to be good (but we always used to recomend the soda option)
