Zanussi Washer Dryer WJS 1397W

I have the same problem as Breezer with his WJD 1257W where drum fills up when machine off. Mine also leeks underneath when drum filling. My machine is hot and cold feed but wondered if it could be the same problem with a return valve not working.
It would be extremely helpful if you could give me some idea.

i do not own the m/c you mention, i did however reply to it. ( i used to be a washing m/c repair engineer)

but yes if your m/c is filling while off it is the fill valves, you cant realy take them apart to see inside, its less hassle to fit a new one
