Zanussi Washer dryer ZKN7147J

Hi, My Zanussi Washer dryer ZKN714J has two problems 1) it wont take the fabric conditioner during a wash 2) the dryer will only work for 15 minutes at a time. I have changed the water inlet valve & it still wont let the water in to take the fabric conditioner. Please help! Thanks.
