zanussi washer dryer

Hi - my zanussi just finished a cycle and now does not seem to be able to move on
It is just stuck aat the 0 minutes
Have tried switching off at main but when I switch on again it just gives out the wash complete signal
Any ideas please?
model is essential 1200/6kg
