During a wash cycle on a ZWF1221 the drum will suddenly accelerate. If this happens when the drum is full of water the machine will jump violently. The drum will then not resume the wash for 5 minutes after which it can immediately start into a full spin, again causing the machine to jump and stop for 5 minutes and so on. This is more likely to happen with a heavy load. Tactometer and brushes checked and look good.
