Our Zanussi washing machine works and the moter and belt is fine but there is no spinning as the drum seems to be stuck or struggling to turn. It feels as something may be jammed but nothing. What could it be?

Thank you for your prompt reply. Is the diagram of the drum on the web that I can get to look at and is it easy to unfreeze or should I leave it to the experts!!!
