it drains the water spins normally during wash, but when it comes to spinning fast after draining it just sits and does nothing and the clothes are wet

you can replace the motor brushes (as long as the comutator is not damaged)
they are fitted to the opposite end on the motor from the motor pully.
Each one is held in place by 2 screws and have a wire leading to them (one brush each side of the motor)
