zanussi zwd1270s wont dry no heat

hi all yup my washer dryer is playing up, no fault codes everything appears to work in drying mode eccept no heat. Element tripped?

machine is about 4 years old

any appliance repair guys who now what there doing with zanussi cover the woking area gu22?
