Zanussi ZWF1440W Problems

Hi all,

We have a couple of problems with the above, which may or may not be related:

1. Fabric conditioner not going into m/c. Drawer and jets are clean. Will take top off next and check linkages etc.
2. Error 10. Fill pipe not kinked/blocked. Water pressure seems adequate. M/c drains ok. Often occurs 41 minutes into 40AA wash and lately on rinse and spin at various times.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Fixed it!

Turned out to be nothing to do with the washer.
Some time ago I had plumbed in our previous m/c with one of those self plumbing-in kits (the one that cuts itself into the pipe. What had happened was the small piece of copper that was cut out when I installed the kit, got stuck in the inlet of the water valve. Poked around with a screwdriver, broke off the piece of copper and no more pressure problem!
