Zanussi zwf1621 error code

Hi, can anybody tell me hiow to translate the flashing leds in the diagnostic program into an error code? The start/pause led flashes once and the end led flashes 4 times. The list of codes i have does not include e14 which would seem to be the obvious one. Help please as i am confused!

There is no E14 error code....but there is an E41.
Your model number has at least 10 different versions, what symptoms are you experiencing & what is the machine PNC number? It might also be useful with a photo of the control fascia if that's possible.
