Or do you discriminate as to which 'side' they are on and how their lives are to be valued?

Personally I believe innocent is innocent in whatever language...

But maybe you have a different perspective you could share with us?

I dint know what you mean. Do you mean like you do with old people, parents that voted against your wishes, Northeners, people that live in Essex and anyone who voted for Brexit? That sort of discrimination and hatred?
 
The US has vetoed some sort of immediate ceasefire plan. Seems it was the only country that could and did.
