Put ice cubes in plastic bag place on garment where gum has stuck. Alternatively, harden the gum by putting the garment in the fridge or freezer. Remove as much of the gum as possible, then using liquid lighter fuel on a clean cloth (test effect on a hem first) rub over remaining gum. Wash as usual.
Treat as for washable fabrics, do NOT wash Should any stains remain, take to the dry-cleaners.
