Sistering a joist

I have a sagging roof beam 8inchX3inch 4600 span. Cracked!

Was thinking of sistering with two joists of similar size has anyone any advise of how, if good idea, and best prstises, and fittingts to use.

All help welcomed.

i would start by using a couple of acros to restore the original joist to a level position. Then put a sister next to it also on the acroes and use coach bolts to join the 2 joists.
