Hi, Can you help me out with resetting the engineer code on my Castle Care Euro 46 alarm system. The installers put this system in 3 years ago and while I do have user and manager codes.
It is beyond me to understand you buy a product and then it still belongs to the seller/installer. Short of buying a replacement control box I would appreciate some insight into fixing this.

Hi Sparky, I have a Gardtec 800 and like some advice please. Mine was working when I moved in but I relocated main unit, RKP and PIRs. I remember having to cut the siren lead to silence it.
I now need to recommission it. Got a new battery, what is the procedure?
Also had 2 control panels. Only need one, so have disconnected it! Also it had a telephone connection, so have disconnected.

hi following on from the SMS questions, i have it all working.

setting 6, gives me the notification sms message alarm has "gone off" my question is the panel calls a number to check the CHC / sms gateway number once a month.

i read somewhere you can deactivate this as i dont wanna be paying premium rate numbers as often. I will do it say once every three months. to update the CHC /sms gateway number changes.

Hi Sparky.I moved into a new house and triggered the tamper alarm on the Scantronic 9800 when decorating.Unfortunately, we don't have the alarm code, so I disabled the internal sounder and now need to disable whole system.Will this trip the ext. sounder?Is there a way to stop it?If it does have a cut out, can I just remove battery/fuse from main unit and leave the external sounder (will it periodically sound)?Thanks!

Hi Sparky im having some issues with my 9651 scantronic i have changed the user code and now giving me invalid code when i enter new code or old and then blocking me out, however my new code does start with 0 hope you can help. thanks

Hi Sparkymarka I've been reading through some of your posts on texecom 48w not sure if you can help me but im having problems with trying to program / arm. I've recently bought the alarm and wanted to go full wireless, Learnt and fitted devices but go into arm and it just sets panic off

hi. my girlfriend and I have just moved into our first home, the previous tenants have not given us a code for the alarm. you can appreciate as this is our first home we are a bit cautious and concerned about security. If possible can you help me get the engineers guide for the c023 203. This would help a massive amount. Thanks

Hi,

I have recently tried to put a chime on my C&K 800L Intellisense C023-203 and whilst doing so I have some how stopped my alarm from recognising my alarm code. Can you help please!!

Hello. I have added more detail and photos to my album regarding my post to replace a burglar alarm panel. I would appreciate it if you could take a look to see if you can figure it out and possibly advise which new numeric control panel I could replace the old one with.
