Hi all,
I'm attempting to make so custom sized kitchen cabinet doors.
It's an IKEA kitchen, but the way we've laid it out means we have to create some doors of a unique size, which can't be bought anywhere.
So, from my measurements of the existing doors and draw fronts, the existing radius of the curve is 1/8".
I've been trying to find a cheap 1/8" rounding over bit online, but can't find one - I can find loads of 3/8" bits, but 1/8" must be less common or something.
Anyone know where I can buy some cheap 1/8" rounding over bits?
Also, I was intending to paint the MDF once cut, but the existing doors are foil wrapped and I don't think I'll be able to achieve the same quality/smooth finish by painting - any suggestions there?
Alternatively, to solve both the above issues, would be finding a company that could custom make one and foil wrap it.
Thanks very much
