OK, the later posts to this thread are asking about the size of the extension allowed in relation to the size of the ground floor flat I wish to develop.
If I have a 5 mt ground floor rear extension built under PM and the NCS, can I then, I assume there is no issue then applying to convert the ground floor into a flat ?.
I ask this as I am told a 3 mt rear extension is the max allowed if you are applying for a flat conversion ...
