10mm Coax issues

Hi all wonderd if some of you could help,
i have a job to extend some 10mm coax cable however im struggling to A, find any 10mm cable B, any fixings or plugs to suit.
i have normal 6mm to extend the 10mm, is there such thing as reducers?
i need somthing similar to the pic ive posted
