16A MCB in pre loaded CU

Well that settles it then: wire the radials in 6mm!

I thought that house FWL found had 4mm T&E for the rings, not singles?

Had a very interesting shower arrangement iirc!

Hi i'm new be gentle!
i have noticed 16a mcb feeding our upstairs sockets on a radial 4.0mm2 cable about 6 double sockets is this safe ? only used to feed alarm clock, bedside lamps etc ocasionally the hoover, wifes hair dryer.

I'm not a spark, but that sounds safe to me. According to the TLC cable calculator even with a 50m run in a thermally insulated wall, 4mm carrying 16A is OK.

The 16A MCB provides protection over the circuit as a whole. Even though double sockets are only rated to 13A, the 16A or so you could draw before the MCB trips should be safe with good-quality ones.

I doubt you have anything to worry about, unless there is something in particular that concerns you?
