There is some black fluid dripping from the end of my exhaust, its not the tail of the exhaust but rather the end closest to the car, and i was wondering is this something to be concerned about?

Sounds to me to be condensation that has accumulated within the exhaust system mixed with carbon deposits - if so - nothing to worry about.
