2 bedroom home needs to have 2 parking spaces?

My previous house was a 4 bedroom house, but with 2 bedrooms over the drive / carport. I remember the fourth room was marketed back in 2002 as being a "study". It was big enough for a double bed. Apparently this was how Barratts got away with cramming houses into so tight there is no room to park. At a squeeze we could get 3 cars on our drive, but because a long thin drive, completely impractical.

Yes. It's clear now.

I've put a blow up mattress in the ex-shed, a bunk bed in the ex-garage, some sleeping bags in the ex-gazebo, ex-broom cupboard and ex-understairs space, and a camping potty in each bedroom. I've now managed to sell my 10 bed, 5 ensuite gaff for £875,000 and I'm minted. Thanks OP.
