Your right for 1st dimmer, thats sorted.
Just found out that the perm (3) wire is for the attic which don't work when connected the the 2nd com. The dartboard light works when a couple of the other 2 red wires are connected to L1/L2 on 2nd dimmer.
Gonna keep messing, but still can't quite get it right.
