Hello,
We have a PDU/Power Adapter that fully loaded can take up to 32A.
However, we're only going to be loading it under 16A. The wall socket is a 16A commando.
Can I replace the 32A commando socket on the PDU with a 16A commando socket as we're never going to be drawing more than the 16A?
However to future proof it in case someone overloads it further down the line ... I understand these are not fused, can you get a 16A "fused" commando socket? What's the best options here to make sure the PDU never pulls more than 16A?
(On a side note, anyone know the difference between a 2P+G and a 2P+E commando socket?)
Thanks!!!!
