I don't think people have thought enough (or at all tbh) what a mandatory vaccine policy actually means.
If you want to be a bus driver, you have to have a licence.
If you want to work in a bank, they will not want a thief
If you want to work on the railways, you are not allowed in a pub in working hours or in uniform.
If you want to work with children, you have to show a CRB check
If you want to work in a petrol refinery, you are not allowed to carry matches and cigarettes
If you want to work in a secure or secret location, you are not allowed to carry a camera
If you want to work with sick and vulnerable people, you can be required to show that you have taken reasonable precautions to minimise the spread of serious and potentially fatal disease.
If you refuse, the consequences of your refusal are that you will have have do something else.
Don't whine that it's not fair.
