9751 Cooper Menvier Alarm - Needs replacement battery

I have a 9751 Cooper Menvier Alarm which needs a new battery. I have entered what I thought was the enginers code but it says invalid. Please can anyone give me method of changing the battery.

I've checked the battery and that is ok. The control pad still says battery low/missing battery.
