9751 scantronic - Low Bat Z09 Error

Hi I powered down the system and that got rid of the low batt z09 message.

But I still cannot arm the alarm.
The date on the panel has reset to 01/01/2005
When I put in the four digit code I get
First message = 2 problems set?
I press the tick and get
Lid tamper inactive next
I press the tick again and get
Global tamper zone 01 active next
I press the tick again and get
Call installer

Any help please?

You've got an unrestored global tamper (or a tamper on zone 1). Open the panel again and check that you haven't knocked a wire out - look at the purple(?) and white wires in "COM A/T". Alternatively, if you have opened up any of the other (wired) contacts or PIRs, make sure that you haven't knocked a tamper wire out and that the covers are back on properly.

And check out that telephone socket thing at the bottom right - I don't know what that's all about but it looks like it's connected to COM A/T...!

I took this bottom part of the front door contact out, but I've put it back and cannot see where the tamper would be. Attached is a picture
Could it be this contact? Zone 1 would be the front door right?

The alarm used to be monitored by the old house owners, but it is not any more.

Take out the blue and white wires from A/T in the panel put in a shorting link , box up reset , does it clear ?
If so trace tamper fault
