I don't need it to hammer drill, I've got a good hammer drill already. I'd lie to use it for screws, small and large.more information needed
just for small screws and nothing else
just for 4" plus screws
or a hammer drill to cover everything up to 4 inches
something like the bosch 10.8 does well but will struggle with 4" screws http://www.toolstop.co.uk/?q=bosch+10.8v
Is that the one you mean http://www.toolstop.co.uk/bosch-gsr...-driver-with-keyless-chuck-in-l-boxx-2-p12552 for use with mostly small to medium screws? Or is this one better? http://www.screwfix.com/p/bosch-gsr-14-4vli-3-14-4v-drill-driver-with-3-li-ion-batteries/43564
Thanks Big_all! This trio costs £189.95 at the Tool Shop. I couldn't find this set for £175. Can you point me in the right direction?that price £175 should include an impact a torch and the drill driver
here is a reasonable offer good company
http://www.tooled-up.com/Product.asp?PID=193601
I got the Bosch GSR 10.8-2-LI Drill Driver + GDR 10.8V-LI Impact driver + two batteries and two sets of drill bits for £149.95. Not bad. Thanks for your advice
Thanks big_all. Can you send a link for the right bits (better if I can find it at screwfix cuase I plan to use it over the weekend). I've been looking for 2" hex wera impact bits but was unsure which one to pick. Most bits are 1" longshould have said you will need impact bits like wera as it eats normal bits for breakfast [soft bits around 3 to 20 big screws] get a 2" bit for countersinking as an aside 90% off wood screws are a pz2 driver bit do not use a ph philips bit
