Prior approval required for a change of use from a1 to a3 (cafe under 25 )seats
The law states that if under 25 seats 1unisex toilet can be provide and be wheelchair accessible.
The existing building has 1 upstairs toilet facilities stairs accsseible from the ground floor seating area and will also have first floor seating too.
My question is how can i get around the wheel chair access to upstairs toilet
