Adding a bend to a soil stack

Thanks Slug :D After you suggested that the outlet pipe might be extended in the drawing in order to show the dimensions and height I emailed the (ebay) seller to check this and they replied: "ITS NOT ALL THE WAY TO THE WALL. IT WILL ALLOW A PIPE AND MORE OR ELSE BE FLUSH"

Hooray!! I think I'll go for it!

Much better than paying extra for a builder/plumber to mess about with the stack.

What is the relevance of the "70" dimension "300" along the base shown on the drawing?

Is this an option for downward connection - i.e. through the floor?

I wondered that too IJWS15, but when I enquired about the outlet pipe and explained my problem to the seller he didn't mention this. However it would be in completely the wrong position if it was for a downward connection! Way too far into the room. Maybe it shows the position of the screw holes :?:

Cheers everyone.

 You took the words out of my er 'keyboard'

The 70 mm represents the fixing which is a plastic angle bracket. The vertical part of which has probably about 30 'hit and miss' holes that you use to secure the pot with horizontally positioned screws.
