Ade gen 4 pir's not lighting up

Hi I am after some help I have been wiring in a new ade gen4 alarm all the pir's were working well. Then I started to work on the speaker and it blow the speaker fuse so replaced the fuse. However now none of my pir's are lighting up and when I try and set the system all of the zones with pir's on just flash.

Have I caused damage to the system or can I get around this all fuses look fine.

Do you have voltage between 0 and +13 terminals in panel?

Check fuses with multimeter. Note what before testing or replacing any fuses, ALL power must be removed.
