Does anyone know how to adjust these? There's a grub screw/cam bolt for distance from the frame but can't see how to get the hinge cover off to adjust the sag out. I've tried levering the cover off but it doesn't want to and I'm in danger of damaging the frame - should I just be trying harder?

Hi,
I believe there is a grub screw holding the cover on, visible from the other side of the door when it's opened.
Sometimes this may not be accessible to an Allen key, due to the adjustment of the door.
If so, just lift the door up and off!

Open the door and there are two grub screws holding the cover on (at least on the ones I've done recently - but I don't deal with these all that often). Under the cover is a big horizontal Allen screw (8 or 10mm?) which can be wound in or out. You generally have to adjust all 3 or 4 to take out droop in the door (wind in the top towards the frame and maybe wind out the bottom)

Little white plastic spring clip round the back:

I was surprised to find that the door could just be lifted off - not sure if that's a useful feature or not!
