Hi,

I need some advice/help on the following error I try to set my alarm:

"RF Low battery: zone 1002" Settings aborted. This alarm was installed by ADT for the previous owner. Any assistance much appreciated.

I know it's saying RF but how do I change the battery? Do I need to go to each of the sensors and open them up?

I would replace all the batteries. As they will have been installed at the same time this is the first one to report, the others nodoubt will follow soon.

You could try and replace the batteries, but i bet it'll lock out into call engineer
