Air spa bath

We have whirlpool air spa bath thats been working fine for the last 2 years. However, yesterday it would not work at all. The RCB had tripped and it wont reset. It will reset when the power is off but when the power goes on again it trips. I have checked the fuse and underneath the bath for any loose wires but cant see anything. The RCB is in the loft by the way.
Anyone have any ideas what the cause could be?

The most likely cause is that the pump or some other electrical part of the bath has got water in it, and therefore needs to be replaced.

Far less likely is that the RCD is defective.

Probably needs a new motor / pump.
