HI, i plan to put up a dunster addroom conservatory at the back of my 3-bedroom semi-detached house, however, there are 4 airbricks where the conservatory will be, so they will be covered. the airbrick height is 25mm from the slab base floor but the bearers of the addroom are 70mm and placed horizontally and the floor of the conservatory is 40mm on top of it, this means the bearers and the floor will fully cover the airbricks. so my question is how do you deal with the issue and allow enough ventilation? do you move the airbricks? any ideas please? the house Is 8 yrs old. please the pic

If the original floor isn't concrete then you'll need to ventilate the void underneath and with an extension blocking the original air bricks your builder will install a duct pipe through under the new floor, through into your under floor void.
Existing air brick height is irrelevant, they are ducted lower within the wall and below the existing floor.
You would knock through new holes lower down what ever new floor you choose.
Your choice of a solid or timber floor is up to you. Be aware of the necessary design details and suitability of a suspended timber floor before deciding.
