Alarm activates in part arm after EE time if door/contact left open?

Firstly, many thanks to Secureiam for answering my previous question a couple of days ago.

I’m unsure what I’m doing wrong because when my texecom premier elite (64w) is set to part arm (night time) and a door/contact is left open it counts down the set EE time and then goes into alarm mode (if the door/contact is still open at the end of the EE time). On a previous premier elite the system wouldn’t go into alarm mode if a door/contact was still left open after the EE time lapsed but just wouldn’t obviously set (which is my preference), so I’m unsure what I’ve done differently, and I can’t work out how to correct this if at all possible.

Any advice/suggestions appreciated.
